During the month of June, in conjunction with "Put Victora on Your Plate" and "Melbourne Food & Wine Festival", we will be paying homage to the traditonal roasting flavours and traditions of the Guangdong province in our "Roasts of Guangdong" event.
Held every Tuesday evening in the month of June, we will be putting together a banquet featuring dishes such as our whole roast suckling pig, hand made seafood Shui Gao Dumplings, BBQ Char Siu, Masterstock poached chicken and of course our Peking Duck.
Join us as we celebrate the amazing produce that Victoria has to offer, all done in the Flower Drum way.
Bookings are essential and places are very limited.
